Terms of Operation

  • Made-to-Order Process: All products are crafted on demand. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that a production lead time of 2–3 business days is required prior to dispatch.

  • Shipping & Delivery: All shipments are handled through authorized courier partners. While we strive to meet the 7-day delivery estimate, delivery times vary by destination, with faster transit times applicable to the Rawalpindi and Islamabad regions.

  • Pricing: Prices listed on the store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to all orders under Rs. 5,000, while orders exceeding Rs. 5,000 qualify for free shipping.
